How do I adjust the physics of the car when a wheel tire is damaged (wheel collider)?

Hello everyone,
In my project, the car has the possibility of tire damage on the wheels. When a tire is completely destroyed, I reduce the wheel collider radius to the size as if the wheel was without tire. The car will realistically roll to the side of the damaged wheel. But this has no effect on the physics of the car. The car continues to drive straight and steers well. I would like the car to start to veer slightly away from a straight course towards the damaged wheel when a tire is damaged. Is it possible to realize this somehow using wheel collider?

Can you reduce the friction of the damaged wheel?

Also apply some braking torque to simulate the drag of the damaged tire.
