I’m not sure per olo it says is that and the object that you do not want to be destroyed is the son of some other object, i was testing your code and I presented the same problem when I want to do with an object that is a child of another, place the he was a father and I worked, but remember that if you put more children these will be destroyed not also try not to have any conponente that interferes with the next scene.

i nooster

I hope it helps you.

Use this code to take all the root of the child ... // Is not as it should but public GameObject RootCanvas;//This is not to destroy the object DontDestroyOnLoad (RootCanvas.transform.root);//this is the code

Okay. There you go. But next time just say, you don't need to vote down my question, this is ridiculous. How would you feel if i just voted down a question or answer made by you just because i didn't liked it? There's no reason for it. The option is there, but it is for answers like: "I am here just for the points". Or "Do this for me and bye" questions.
