How do I change the scene by clicking a button using SceneManager?

I’m trying to load a new scene when the player clicks a button, however the Application.LoadLevel function is now obsolete so I’m trying to do this with SceneManager but I’m totally lost with it.

Any help would be great. I’m using Unity version 5.4.0f3
