How do I download the Terrain Assets from the Asset Store? It is hanging at 13%

I just created an account and I am in the Asset Store trying to get the Terrain Assets that I believe used to be included in the Unity install. I press download and then it says “Building 13%” and yes, I have tried it more than once. Does anyone know what to do to get this to download?

I have waited hours, restarted, no matter what it says the same thing “Building 13%”

I let it sit for an hour and no luck. I restarted the computer and loaded it up again…same thing…stuck at “Building 13%”

hmm…I restarted and turned off my anti-virus software but it still hangs at 13%
