Hello, sorry in advanced for this trivial question, but I was just given a seat to Unity plus by another developer that I am working with, but I can not seem to figure out how to download the plus version? My unity version still says personal edition, and when I login and try to download Unity plus online, even though I have a seat, it tries to charge me for the download? The developer I am working with is paying for my seat, so I guess my question is, how do I get access to the plus version and features of Unity, where my freshly installed addition still says personal?
Open Unity → Click Help → Click Manage License. Choose the entry that allows you to enter your license number.
Once you’ve correctly entered the license Unity Personal will restart and become Unity Plus.

Then you need to go to Edit → Preferences → General → Editor Skin to turn off that nasty dark skin.
