How do I end my game when I collide with anything that ISNT a powerup?

my game is an infinite-runner set in space.
So basically the problem is this:

I have my code written so that when the player collides with anything at all, the game ends and goes to the lose scene.

I recently implemented powerups that the player can run into and get a bonus score…

HOWEVER, the game still ends when I touch them. The powerups have the tag name “Item” and I just don’t know how to write my code so that the player can still collide with the powerups and the game will only end if you collide with anything that is not a powerup

here is the code I am working with…

(level (2) is the game over scene)

the if statement should say if(other.gameObject.tag=="item")
