How do i fix my buggy lighting?

How do i fix my lighting? why is this happening?
So when i look at it the light is visible as you can see below


but when i turn away just a bit the light is not visible as you can also see below

and below is my lighting settings… what am i doing wrong?

thanks for the answer. I don’t know how to figure that out + I’m not using URP.

Every one of those lightbulbs seems to have two point lights as children. By default, the built-in render pipeline will only account for the influence of 4 pixel lights at a time. In your scene, there are at least 28.
