How do I get my Unity game to iTunes Connect for MAC?

Hi, I have finished my game in Unity and have gone through all the preliminaries with iTunes Connect. I am at the point where iTunes is “Waiting for Upload”. This is NOT for an iOS game, it is for a MAC game, so, my question is, How do I package (.pkg) my game (which is currently in .app state and works great) so that I may us Application Loader to get my game to iTunes Connect for evaluation to get to the App Store? I can’t figure out how to get it to be a binary that Apple will accept.

You’ll have to change the icon and kludge around a bit with code signing in the terminal.
