How Do I Get Rid of Ugly Blotchy Shadows When Using Pre-Computed GI?

I am using Enlighten - Pre-Computed GI to light this scene. Simple setup: Skybox, no direct lights, three static objects. The bear model has a low-poly faceted look. The teapot is smooth-shaded Here is what it looks like:

Notice the ugly blotchy shadows on the ground plane and teapot.

Here I visualize the clustering and the blotches are very apparent:

What can I do to eliminate this? What setting do I need to adjust?

Create new Lightmap parameters, set them as default, and mess around with the settings.

AcidArrow,
That makes absolutely zero sense. What on earth are you talking about. Using your logic I should give the keyboard to a monkey and let him bang on the settings to get better results.

No, I need an actually, repeatable answer.

Well if a monkey has more chances of understanding that he should look into Lightmap Parameters ( https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/LightmapParameters.html ), then sure, give the keyboard to a monkey.

Irradiance Budget and Irradiance Quality is what you should look into.

Ah hah. There we go. Thanks for the assist AcidArrow.
