How do I go back to the Island demo?

I’m really new to unity. I just created my new project and wanted to go back to the island demo. I cant find it when I do a file open project. Where is the island demo?

its in the folder of the public user on osx / public shared files on windows (see the other threads on the matter for the explicit path).
though keep in mind: island is 2.x only sample game

I did a search for *.unity and found files in the public folders directory.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Unity Projects\Bootcamp Demo
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Unity Projects\Island Demo

I upgraded from 2.6 to 3.0 with in a week. When I opened the island demo it had to update two files.
