How do I launch Amazon/Nook android market apps from Unity

Hi All,

We know how to launch Google Play links from within Unity using OpenURL with “Market://”- but I now have to release the app for Amazon and Nook, so I need a way to launch the respective market apps.

What are the alternatives for Amazon and Nook markets?
