how do i make the default grid disapear

there is some type of grid on my game and I CANNOT delete it

Use the “Gizmos” dropdown located at the top right of the scene window.
“Gizmos” → “Show Grid” (Uncheck the box)

You paset a PNG from a Scene view. Do you mean in Editor or in Game view?
In Game view it should not be visible.
