How do I make wind effects?

I want to make or find a particle system that matches these 2 videos.
First one at 0:14 at top right. And 0:32 at bottom left.
Second one, look around for the white lines moving above the water.
These are the particle systems that I’m looking for.

if wind is what you want go to GameObject->Create other->Wind zone and set it up as you want .You were talking about some videos but you did not posted them.
