How do I not let Unity force game back into Fullscreen Windowed?

I have player fullscreen mode set to Exclusive fullscreen. When launching the game you can tell it starts on that, but soon after launch the game goes back into fullscreen windowed. Does anyone know how to not let unity force the game back into that mode?

Also, is there a way to remove the FPS limit on the fullscreen windowed?

The last part I think that is the vsync which you can disable in the project settings.
