How do I precisely alter the color of a material using Albedo?

I am having trouble being able to precisely change the color of my plane in the tutorial project Roll A Ball. When I go to change the plane’s color using Albedo, It doesn’t allow me to enter specific values for red, green, and blue like in the tutorial.
