How do I profile Android builds from the editor as stated in the Unity 3.2 release notes?

I recently asked how to profile on Android devices. I thought Unity answered my prayers with the 3.2 release:

Profiler: you can profile standalone player builds from the Editor. This includes iOS and Android builds!

But I can't figure out how to get it to work.

Android player just does not appear in the drop down list in the Profiler Window.

(And yes, I did read the docs here and followed the steps).

You need to attach your device to local WiFi network. Profiling via cable currently is not yet supported.
