How do I recenter animation curve in Timeline editor?

I tried scaling with shift or ctrl. The first key is at value 0 (I totally checked that in animation view) which goes below the visible bar separating different components of the timeline instead of being centered in the view like for an animation above.

Make sure the curve area has focus, and press ‘F’. That will re-frame the curve.
