How do I run the Automatic Script Updater?

I converted a project from 4 to 5 and accidentally clicked ‘don’t update’. How do I get the script updater to run on a project that has already been upgraded to 5?
re-opening didn’t work, and there doesn’t seem to be a menu option I could find.
If I right-click on an a single script, there is an option to run the API Updater, but it’s grayed out.

Delete your Library folder and relaunch.
