How do i script in unity?

I just starting unity, but everybody has this program/programs of some sort to script, Can you give me some names of the script program??

When you get Unity , MonoDevelop is already pre-packed with it , you don’t need any additional programming software. Although you can use Visuals Studio as well but I recommend the default MonoDevelop , no need to go any further , it’s already awesome.
