How do I tile a 256x256 photoshop image onto a plane, 10x10?

I need to tile this image i made for a plane. its basic in design, but cant get it to work. it just stretches across my entire plane. I tried changing it to repeat from clamp, no luck. Maybe I am just doing it wrong?

You set the Tiling property to 10 in the material inspector
