How do I update a package I've uploaded to the Asset Store?

I’ve downloaded Asset Store Tools, and Asset Store Tools >> Package Upload brings me this window:

HexGrid is the package I’m trying to update. Clicking just selects it. Double clicking does nothing. Right clicking does nothing. None of the buttons are clickable. My only option is to close it. Is there something else I’m supposed to do?

I figured it out. I needed to use Asset Store Tools >> Publisher Administration which opens a webpage about all my assets, then create a new draft of the one I wanted to update, then go to Asset Store Tools >> Package Upload to upload it. And then back to the page to finish.
