How do we go about improving Unity Answers usability?

What’s the proper channel to get an improvement into Unity Answers? Is there a feature request site or do we just email the devs? who are the devs as well, Qato or Unity?

If you copy/paste your question into the Search box up there to the right, you may find your answers

 - Better search (a lot better).
 - Add tags to other peoples posts.
 - Vote as question answered.
 - More badges and stuff.
 - Basically StackOverflow :)
