I keep getting the error message ImportFBX warnings: mesh has 211 (out of 3393) vertices with no weight and bone assigned. I have no internal vertices and all the ones that I want weighted to my bones are already. I don’t want weight on the head because there are no bones there. How do I fix this problem?
I think you have to weight all vertices of a skeletal mesh.
Sorry but I find weird to have a character with a head but no head bone… if you dont have a head bone in your character, you should try to assign the vertices to the last bone of your spine. Your vertices have to be assigned to a bone but it can be the root bone if you dont want deformation at all (even if i dont understand why).
