Hello all. I’ve been using unity muse for a few weeks then it stopped and asked me to reapply, i did, and got an email which suggested i was back in but i keep getting the please sign up for AI option on the muse page.
Edit, i saw the earlier thread and resigned in an all appears good. Thank you to the previous thread and sorry for the duplicate.
I know this is solved but the sign only works for a little while then the sign up line returns and you have to repeat the process. If its a beta bug fair enough but if anyone has a solution that lasts a little longer than 10 minutes it would be great to add.
Got it! Didn’t realize it was that frequent of a sign in. Would you mind expanding on how often you need to authenticate and in which environment and I will forward to our engineers - thank you!
Sorry for the late reply this issue seems resolved. I have had access without any need to re login for the last few days. Thanks for the follow up though.
