How I can apply gluLookAt parameters to Unity camera?

Hello.
Please help me about camera transform.

Now I have 9 parameters,
eyeX, eyeY, eyeZ
centerX, centerY, centerZ
upX, upY and upZ
which are used for OpenGL gluLookAt() function.

How I can apply these parameters to change Unity camera position/rotation?

I tryed to do by following,
transform.position = eye;
transform.LookAt(center);
but it doesn’t work since i don’t know how to set upside direction of camera.

transform.LookAt( center, up );
