You do know that Unity for Linux is a desktop interface/window manager and not the same as Unity the game engine?

The Unity editor is not officially supported for Linux, but some people have gotten it to run through Wine.

Yes, ofcourse, but I doubt the did it by doing an “apt-get install unity”

Oh I understand that; just letting @jet2rus know that it is possible to run Unity on Linux. It was not a reply to your post :slight_smile:
