How long is it currently to get in touch with Unity support ?

after moving to a new PC and upgrading my system, I got a License issue with Unity Hub.

I can’t solve it by myself and was directed to Unity Support by Unity Hub, and there was a warning message that Support would answer at best in 3 days and it could take up to a couple of weeks.

I think it’s an insanely long time to take care of license issues, even in the current context. :frowning:

Does anyone around here have a recent experience with Unity support (ie: in the last 6 months) ? How long did it take them to handle your issue ?

Not recent, but for me was around 5 working days to get a response.

I agree that the response time from support (and indeed chances of even getting a response) sounds poor, but I am only going off users posts here on forums as I very rarely have had to use support and not for a couple years.

So there is every chance your issue might be dealt with sooner

I just got an answer 36 hours after the creation of my ticket, with the issue fixed, so it was pretty reasonable, although it gave me already plenty of time to stress about it… :stuck_out_tongue:
