How long would it take to make a game like angry birds if all the artwork is already created and what kind of a team would be needed?

1I'd say I could do it... Very roughly, not optimized, and pretty poor quality, in a couple of days... If I had a month I could probably do it on my own... It'd be actually a very good way to get out your name, as the only good clone out their is that... Zombies Pirates Panda and something else... And even that... It's a little to much... Angry Birds succeeded because it's so simple, and everyone can play it... Make it to complicated, or take to large of steps, people wont play it, it'll be boring... Also, the undertoned humour they put in the game is a major + in the right direction... But really... You give items health, get the speed of the item, make it do damage, if its less than 0, destroy it, and give it other signs of weakness according to health... give things weight, the physics engine will take care of everything with the falling and what not... And you just count the enemies on a board, if it's 0, than its over, then check the birds amount, give 10K per a bird...
This is a lot like the guy asking around for a Minecraft game... Yes, it's easy, the problem is, YOU didn't think of it... Games are like that, YOU have to think of the "next big thing" in order to make a game worth playing... However, I'd download an angry birds knock off if it was free and good enough, haha.
But yea, just my opinion =).
To be honest, I'm quite an inexperienced programmer and I think I could do it in a few (long, as you said) days. The problem is that you then need to design a shitload of levels, which would also take some time + is extremely boring.
