This is concerning an hypothetical MMORPG, where the first environment is a city. I’m trying to determine the poly count for each build, so I need some numbers. How many polygons can be run in the screen at once (standart conection)? And any other data that could help. Thank you.
This is a rather vague question as there are too many variables to consider. Ex. Bandwidth, CPU power, GPU power, your programming experience, whether you have Unity Free or Unity Pro, etc etc etc…
Best advice I can give is to keep it as low as you possibly can while still meeting your needs.
