How many time will need to make 2D game like above one by unity engine?

Assumption - Manpower is 3 developers, 1 design, 1 programmer, 1 artist. And make from scratch but know well each part and experience of 1~2 years.

Depends on the quality of the team (in relation to the Unity framework/editor/language).
