I currently have a problem. Im still a student and dont have enough money to pay other people to draw graphics for me. And im a very bad artist, maybe the badest artist ever.
So i could really need some help from someone who is interrested in helping me with some freetime. But where do i reach such people ? I already asked around in devianart, unity non-commercial and unity connect, without any sucess.
Do you guys have any other ideas what can i do ?

You might find these people very rarely or lately.
It is better to use the ready game assets. Get free assets from Kenney or OpenGameArt or many other sources that could be found by a simple search.

I already know these sites and they are really great for assets, but in my case i need some kind of special UI, which i didnt found anywhere yet.

Not exactly like this, but it should have the same structure.
Mobile RPG/MMO UI’s are very very rare 
If you need a specialized UI, you need to make one or request one, you could request it from a friend without paying him or requesting from other and you should pay for it.
I think the Kenney RPG UI Pack might fit your needs, also you can search more for free RPG packs.

I think what you need is rather a different game-idea that better fits the resources that are available to you. If you want freelancers to provide value to you, you will need to offer them equal or greater value in return. Money is the tried and tested way of incentivizing others to work for you. A skilled artist has no reason to work for free. To them it is the equivalent of giving away free money to you, because every hour worked without pay has the opportunity-cost of a paid hour of freelance work. Looking for people that work for free is a waste of time for everyone involved.
And nevertheless i just found 4 people who will help me ^^.
Yeah, call us when you actually make a finished project without haemorrhaging members because you weren’t paying them.
Wow, did i insult you somehow ? Is it so wrong to ask how to reach people who probably want to colloborate with me ?
I’m FIRMLY against unpaid labour on this scale and also unpaid projects almost universally fail because there’s no way to actually feed yourself on the hopes and dreams of a game project.
Ah ok i see. So first i can tell you, that i only looked for people who want to colloborate to HELP me to design an UI. Not drawing, HELPING. Because im not a good artist, i need tons of tipps and tricks to get better. And otherwise, if there are people who want to join the project for free, why not ? Its up to them. I do not force anyone. I do not even pay myself, because im working on this project in my freetime and if it will be finished someday, i would totally do a revenue share with those people.
There’s nothing wrong with asking people to work free for your project but to do so, you need to give them strong enough motivation which is often more difficult than simply paying them.
You can probably create an open source or freeware project and either provide a promising prototype or at least some detailed plan which can convince them that working on such a project can be a rewarding experience.
You might be able to recruit some hobbyists who lack skills to work for a commercial project, but if you want make more experienced developers or artists to work for your project, you need to be exceptionally good in showing them the vision you have.
Asking them to personally help or guide you would take even more motivation than asking them to work for your project, since it’s more fun to work on a game project than to teach a beginner how to do some work, generally speaking.
I don’t know if you are such a person who regularly spend your free time in helping total strangers out in the street. But if you indeed are, you’d probably know how difficult it is to find a person like that so I’d advise you not to get your hope very high.
