what scripting language should i start to learn i just started so script so i am not that familiar with anything. Also what website or book would really cover the basic of it.

You can use it in more things than just Unity.
Start with the book “C# for dummies”.
The “for dummies” book series are very good for people now starting to code, and present programming in a fun and very educational manner.
Once you’re done with that book, you’ll know enough to start working with Unity, even though there are more advanced books that will help you as well. But you can read the more advanced ones as you work with Unity.
Definitely go with C#.
As for books, I HIGHLY recommend this one on C#. It’s up-to-date, covers everything, and goes very slowly at the beginning.
Unfortunately I have not yet found a Unity book that I think is worth the money. The number of tutorials to be found online appear, in my opinion, to be far superior to anything in print.
