How should I use Occlusion Culling

I new to Occlusion Culling, so I want to ask, is it correct how I use it?

I created GO with component OcclusionArea around all my scene (yellow on the screenshot).
Then I marked all houses in the scene as static and in the Occlusion Culling view baked my scene.

Looks like it works fine, but is it correct way?

I think that, this GO should be smaller, for better working Occlusion Culling, and u can watch controll, if it is correct way for u, when u play game. go behind camera must be hidden, and go in front camera must be visible. hope helpful
