How to access Burst AOT Settings through script

I’m making a build script and I want to enable/disable Burst compilation in some cases. How do I access these settings? I can’t seem to find them.

Unfortunately, we have nothing that allows to enable/disable via a script the settings for a standalone AOT Burst settings. This is something that we have been asked about recently, so we should do something.
