How to achieve such look? What shaders to use?

Does anyone can suggest how could I achieve such look:

What I have now is the same textures and bumpmaps but completely different result:

So the question is how to achieve the same result? Is it shaders? Do I need to write my own trying to achieve the same result? Maybe I can try some existing ones? How to achieve such areas “glowing”? How can I achieve such glowing on the planets edge?

I think a fresnel shader with tweakable color and intensity would work in this case for the planet, though there seems to be an influence of the fresnel effect on the normals. For the countries a blue emissive tint based on albedo.
