I have imported (.fbx) a human from makehuman but when i change it to humanoid it says that it requires minimum 15 bones. How to overcome this?

In Makehuman, go into the pose/animate tab and pick a rig preset on the right. By default it doesn’t have a skeleton included.
EDIT: I’ve attached my Unity3d Makehuman Rig file that has exactly the same bones unity wants. You need to save it as unity3d.json and put it in makehuman/data/rigs. Then you can select the unity3d skeleton on the pose/animate tab.
