How to add constant Torque to a sphere like object

When I use AddRelativeTorque / AddTorque inside FixedUpdate no matter what ForceMode, the object is always accelerating it’s spin. It kind of makes sense, but how do I make it more constant? I tried to set angularVelocity directly, but that is kind of not slowing down, when I bump into things :confused:

Never mind. angularVelocity works fine. I stepped on a Unity bug that was cousing Physics to go bananas.
