How to add lights in unity 4.3?

Hey guys I am new to unity.
I recently downloaded unity 4.3 and I done the baking scene of light mapping but I cant find where are the lights?
I saw in a video that a “Prefabs” folder comes under the “Editor” folder in unity 3 but I want lights in Unity 4.3.
Can someone help?

GameObject → Create Other → Point Light
