How to addForce to a object to push other objects away [Mobile] [2D]

So what we have is a ball as our object and other squares and triangles as our enemies. We want to push the enemies away with our ball but none of the enemies seem to move how we want. They are frozen in place (the enemies) so once the ball comes in contact to push them away, they kinda get pushed away but with no force.

(We have no script for forces, just rigid bodies and colliders)

If you’re not using rigidbody physics, and not just teleporting the transform, you won’t get any sort of “realistic” physics interactions.

If that’s the intention, you can add a velocity or explosive force when your objects overlap through either OnTriggerEnter or OnCollisionEnter or even a distance check, depending on your use-case.
