how to apply default to all unopened scenes?

this icon, I set it as default for this script, now i opened another scene and it’s not applied
what’s the rule and how to force apply to all unopened scenes?

I’m pretty sure the defaults are only applied at the time the script is added.

They might also get applied when you select Reset on the component.
