How to Apply Outline to TextMeshPro UI in Unity 3.0.9?

I tried to apply an outline to my TextMeshPro UI object, but I couldn’t figure out where to do it.

In the example I found in the TextMesh Pro/Examples & Extras package, the Inspector looks different from what’s shown in the Unity online documentation.

I’m using TextMeshPro version 3.0.9.

Could someone explain where I can find the outline settings or if there’s a difference between the documentation and the actual UI? Thank you!

What I need is just switching window to inspector view from debug view.
