Okay, so I am new to Unity but I am ready to learn.

I am working on a snake game where the main character is a snake whose head is controlled by arrow keys. To make the whole body follow the head, I have many spheres, each following the one before them. The spheres overlap so closely that it looks like a snake. Now, I want to design the snake by putting materials on it so that when rendered the snake does not look that it has been composed of small spheres? How to do this? If possible please tell me a better way to make what I am trying to say happen?

You can create a new material by right clicking on the “Assets” folder (or any other folder that you want):

And then, by selecting all of the spheres, you can assign the material just by dragging it to the bottom of the “Inspector” window:

Hope it helps!
