How to call audiosource from different scene

So i have a game where when i start is starts the music and goes to second scene. I want it when ball collides with endpoint it would pause the music for a little and then unpause. But i don’t know how to call

A simple example SoundManager class like I mentioned in a Comment/Answer, You can use this to get an idea of what I mean and test how it works and build on it.

    public static SoundManager Instance { get; private set; }

    private bool _soundFxOn
    {
        get
        {
            return SoundFxVolume > 0f;
        }
    }

    public float SoundFxVolume { get; set; }

    private void Awake()
    {
        Instance = this;
		DontDestroyOnLoad(this.gameObject);
    }

    public void PlaySoundEffect (AudioSource effect)
    {
        if(_soundFxOn)
        {
            effect.Play();
        }
    }
}

Just be sure to only have one instance of this.
