How to cancel PlasticSCM installation when create new project？

As I remembered，there was an option to cancel PlasticSCM installation when create new project. The option is not there now. How to find it out?

What do you mean by “cancel PlasticSCM installation when create new project”?
Do you want to uninstall Plastic?
Do you want to uninstall/disable the Version COntrol package in Unity?

PlasticSCM have not installed in my device. When create a new project via unityhub, I was forced to install PlasticSCM.

Are you trying to create a Plastic SCM repo?

If you are using the Unity plugin, you should be able to create the repository and the workspace via the plugin.
