how to change color of my cursor

I play this game where it’s usually dark, but there are burning fires, that drown out the color of the cursor so you can’t see the cursor anymore.

I want to know how exactly I can change the game cursor color in the easiest explanation and instructions possible(layman’s terms), since I am not really that good of a programmer
