How to change the color of a GUI without using a Texture Image?

Good Day Unity 3D Users

Does any one knows how to change he GUI color instead using a Texture Image?
Or is there any other alternative way from using Texture image/GUI Style.
Could you help me out please.

Thanks Appels.

But the result is so ugly ewwww.
The yellow color is so dark because of the GUI dark shade.
Man, this is ugly.

Hi Appels, sorry if I asked you too much, is there anyway I filled in the GUI with a color without any dark shade?
