How to change unity profile photo

I don’t mean on forums becaue you can see a have an tropical island photo there, I mean in the top-right part of the page, where for me is “Fl”:

I can’t find any section to change profile photo. Actually I think this is called avatar. I searched on this page: Unity ID and here I can chage only name, email and other things, not the avatar.
