How to completely remove a plugin?

How do i completely remove a plugin or addon from the asset store?

not like “not importing it” just completely gone… as in, zilch, nada, gone. such that unity has no recollection of it ever being there in the first place.

Bump… because i need to know how to do this to troubleshoot a serious error with either a plugin causing all manner of hell or if this is unity itself being a b####.

Maybe remove it from:

~/Library/Unity/Asset\ Store

or

C:\Users\accountName\AppData\Roaming\Unity\Asset Store
