How to copy existing animation clips when importing another variant of character with same skeleton

I have multiple variants of the same character. They all share same animation clips (frameranges, looping etc…)… WHenever i import a variant into Unity I need to sit for about half an hour entering all the frameranges and information for my animation clips… Is there a way to simply copy it from previous variant that has all the data? If so… how?

I think i figured it out… Not sure if its the best way but it seems to work.
I just made a duplicate of my original variant fbx and its meta file…
Then i launched unity.
Then i copied replaced another variant of fbx onto the duplicate…
Unity reloaded the asset and all i had to do is go through animations and fix their masks.
And voila it all works in about 5mins
