Hey guys I am thinking to create a game like GTA but I am stuck at the most main thing.
How to create a city?
I know that we need to create a Terrain and then take many cubes to form buildings and upper the layers a bit to make footpath and etc.
Just need to know that is there an easier way?
Can I make a city like Manhattan or Chicago like something?

it also lists several compatible plug-ins. If you bought them all, I guess you can generate a good enough (for prototype) map with a click
